Two Interviews!

Just when I thought I was done for (done for!) I got emails about two interviews last night! One is a job I really, really want. One is a job that I think would be fun for a little while, but in a really interesting field.

The funny thing is that the job I really, really want–I didn’t know that I wanted it so badly until I read this vision statement on their website:

[The organization] is built on an uncompromising commitment to excellence across all aspects of the project, from collecting, sharing, and preserving people’s stories; to organizational management; to maintaining an extraordinary work environment where respect and dignity are paramount.

Yep. Best practices in organizational management are part of the mission. These are my people. Now I am nervous.
