Interview Update!

One good, one okay, one weird thing.

The Good: I got an email about an interview for a cool budgeting/finance job at a big, Brooklyn-based presenter. Sweet!

The Okay: a good, very “HR” style phone interview today for a very cool job that would involve a lot of travel! Fun! I hope they pass me on to the next round, I think my phone voice is not as awesome as it used to be (I used to record the voice mail messages for my college theater in my fake-sexy Katherine Hepburn voice, it was awesome). Now I just sound tired.

The Weird: the place I interviewed last night at 5pm emailed me three times, called my references, texted me and left a voice mail. What the what? I feel a little overwhelmed by this, given that they don’t offer health insurance. I wrote a long email back describing my reservations (there are several, not just the health insurance). We’ll see what happens.

But hey, it’s ALL GOOD, because it’s all better than nothing.
