This Isn’t Temping Continues

So, the job where I go every day for 8 hours a day 5 days a week? They hired someone permanent. Yay for them!

Have they told me about it? Not even a little bit! I got an all-staff email (because I get all-staff emails, what?) about the hire today. So awkward.

In truth, I heard about it last week when another associate came into the main office and said “we hired somebody.” But nobody has actually spoken to me, given me a timeline for my departure, or even let me know if they a letting me go.

I emailed my temp agency, and they have not been able to get in touch with my supervisor. This is the same issue as before, when I asked for my raise.

boom. Happy Wednesday, y’all.
