New Blitzkreig Tactic

I’m going for broke! I have decided to start applying for jobs outside the arts. I have applied for a handful, and been interviewed seriously for two, over the past few months. I am focusing on social justice nonprofits, and applying mostly for administration, operations and finance positions.

I am also actively applying for jobs outside of New York. I have applied for jobs in San Francisco, Minneapolis (the mini apple!) and Portland, OR in the past week.

I wonder if this (much) more broad approach is going to generate results? I am excited to be really expansive in my thinking about what jobs I could effectively do, and how I can interpret my experience in new ways.

Something good will happen. I can feel it.

And if I move to Portland, I can put a bird on it.
